We want to make sure that each day unfolds as it should, that everyone is enjoying him or herself, that nobody feels left out, and that nobody has to be alone for lunch or dinner. We both love this work and we feel that the single greatest benefit of this endeavour is that we get to meet so many interesting people and to make so many good friends.
Ron Waldie B.A., M.A. is a former Dean of Academic Studies at George Brown College in Toronto and brings his vast knowledge of history, classics and mythology to help people understand what they are seeing. Ron loves travelling and especially enjoys introducing people to places and sites, which are special.
Ron is also in charge of the “book bag”, our travelling library for the readers in our group.
Don Pelletier B.A. A.O.C.A. is an architectural designer who has designed and renovated houses all over Canada, the U.S.A. as well as in Antigua. He brings his knowledge of classical building styles and techniques to enhance peoples' understanding of the magnificent buildings we see in Turkey, Jordan and Guatemala. Don is also a very good cook and those people who travel with us appreciate his knowledge of the local foods.
